The Crust:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
The Frosting:
8 oz. (226g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar (or 1/2 cup powdered sugar for smoother texture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
The Toppings:
Selection of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, cherries, kiwis, and mangoes.

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Dough: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined. Mix in bread flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
Bake: Press dough evenly onto the prepared pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. The center should still look soft. Remove and cool completely.
Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Decorate: Spread frosting over the cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top. Slice and serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours.
