Puslice

Najbolji nacin da iskoristite visak bjelanace je da napravite puslice.

Sastojci:

125ml bjelanaca (4 bjelanca)

200g secera

1/2 kasikice soka od limuna (moze sirce umjesto limuna)

Boja za hranu (opcija)

Priprema:

Zagrijati rernu na 100C.

  • Mikserom mutiti bjelanca prvo na srednjoj brzini pa onda povecati brzinu i postepeno dodavti secer, dvije po dvije kasike i nakon svakog dodavanja dobro umutiti.
  • Dodati limun i nastaviti miksanje dok smjesa ne postane sjajna i cvrsta.  Dodati boju ako koristite.
  • Peci 1-1/2 sat.  Ostaviti ih u rerni nakon sto se iskljuci da se jos osuse i potpuno ohlade.
