Peanut Butter Fudge Balls

Super easy and simple recipe! No baking required, a bit messy, but all the more fun for making. Peanut butter fudge balls are a beloved Holiday treat in our house and a great way to get kids involved in the fun. You won’t believe how easy these are to make.

Nut allergy? Prefer chocolate? Try these Oreo truffles for a similar, no bake, dessert. If Reese’s are your preferred checkout lane candy, stick with these! And if you want even more peanut inspiration, check these out:

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups peanut butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dry milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smoothly incorporated.
  2. Form balls using a tablespoon scoop and place the balls on a tray lined with parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Prepare chocolate for dipping by microwaving 1 cup chocolate chips and 4 tbsp of oil for 1 min. Continue to mix until all chips are melted, do not overheat.
  4. Using a fork dip each ball in chocolate and return it to the tray to cool. Decorate with chopped peanuts or drizzle with chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate.
