Domaci Hljeb sa Kefirom

Domaci Hljeb sa Kefirom

Za mene i moju djecu ovo je najbolji domaci hljeb.  Obicno ne traje dugo a inace je odlican i nakon tri dana.

Sastojci:

6 solja brasna (800g)

2 solje (500ml) kefira

1/3 solje meda (100ml)

1 mala kasikica sode bikarbone

1 mala kasikica soli

50g putera (istopiti)

1 kasika suhog kvasca

1 kasikica secera

1/4 solje (100ml) mlake vode

Priprema:

  1. U mlaku vodu dodati kasikicu secera i kvasac i ostaviti da nadodje.
  2. Zagrijati kefir da bude toplo, usuti u zdjelu u kojoj ce te zamjesiti tjesto, dodati med, sodu bikarbonu, sol, istopljeni puter i nadosli kvasac.
  3. Dodati prvo tri solje brasna, izmjesati i zatim postepeno dodati ostatak brasna.
  4. Mjesiti dovoljno dugo da se formira lopta.
  5. Prebaciti u namascenu zdjelu, okrenuti pa puta da se tjesto namasti sa svih strana.
  6. Ostaviti da nadodje da se udupla (oko 1.5 sat)
  7. Podijelit na dva i formirati vekne.
  8. Staviti u pleh i opet ostaviti da nadodje.

  • Peci na 180C pola sata.
