Ingredients

  • 51/2 cups (700g) bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 23/4 cups buttermilk (room temperature)      

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Add baking soda and baking powder to your sifted flour. Mix.
  3. Add salt and lightly mix.
  4. Add oil and buttermilk. Mix just to combine all.
  5. Transfer onto the floured surface and knead a little to form a ball. Place your dough in a pan lined with parchment paper. This one works well for any size needs.
  6. Spread the dough a little to fill the pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 min.
  7. Cool on a wire rack and serve anytime of day!
