Chocolate chip cookies are a top 5 food that are too easily forgotten when mentioning your favorite foods! Not here, not I. I proudly boast that a good, gooey, chocolate chip cookie is my absolute favorite food and today I’d like to share the best place to get one- Chip NYC.
With over 100,000 followers on Instagram, this NYC shop that could pushes the boundaries on what a cookie can and can not be. Low and behold, the classic Chocolate Chip above.
This beauty is not only the size of my hand, it’s about 1.5 inches tall and fluffier than any cloud, bunny, or whatever other fluffy objects you can think of. If there were a Guinness Record for the most perfectly baked cookie, Chip would hold it year over year. Not only is the outside just crispy enough to make that breaking of gooey-ness noise when you half it, it is still soft and tender to know what’s inside is what melted dreams are made of. You may even see their videos that have gone viral and become popular to replicate cutting the cookie in 2 and seeing how the cookie crumbles.
Perhaps going overboard on the romantics here, but these cookies really are some of the greatest in the world! The chocolate chip specifically is a brown sugar cookie made with dark chocolate chips. I’m not sure if the time and temperature in the oven have ever been revealed but I am positive it is the exact right measurement, as it is soft and just the perfect amount of glutinous.
