Vanilice

Vanilice

Jedan od najpopularnijih sitnih kolaca. Za punjenje kolacica nabavite svoj omiljeni dzem.  Za ove vanilice ja uvijek koristim dzem od kajsija.

Sastojci:

400g brasna

1 prasak za pecivo

1/2 male kasikice soli

180g putera

1 solja (200g) secera

2 jaja

1 kasikica vanila ektrakta

2 solje (230g)  secera u prahu

1 vanila secer

Dzem od kajsije

Priprema:

  1. Sastaviti brasno, prasak za pecivo i sol.  Izmiksati zicom za kolace.
  2. U drugoj zdjeli mikserom mutiti omeksali puter i secer dok ne postane kremasto.
  3. Dodati jedno po jedno jaje i vanilu.  Postepeno dodavati smjesu sa brasnom i mjesati da se sve ujednaci.
  4. Drzati u frizideru 2 sata.
  5. Uzeti polovinu tjesta a ostalo vratiti u frizider.  Razvuci oklagijom na pobrasnjenoj povrsini i malim okruglim kalupom praviti krugove; redati na pleh prekriven papirom za pecenje.
  6. Ponoviti sa ostatkom tjesta. Peci na 190C  8 minuta.
  7. Ohladiti a zatim spajati kolacice sa dzemom.  Uvaljati u secer u prahu.
